• Eat hoppers. Available as plain, panin, sweet milk, sweetnedand egg hoppers.("Kata sambol" served with them are very hot.)

• For dinner try vegetable, egg or chicken "Koththu Rotti". Ask the cook to make with little chilies. If it is too hot for you drink milk with added sugar.

• Don't miss the tropical fruits such as rambuttan, mangostan and pineapple, There are lot of fruits including bananas, mangoes and watermelon.
